The speaker works very well so far. I have used it for my MP3 player and for my laptop. It was well worth the cost to be able to hear downloaded music around the house without wearing headphones or being tethered to a laptop that just can't get loud enough. The price was awesome compared to other speakers I've seen in the stores.

I am compelled to write a review. They are the best speakers for money. Good design , decent sound. I would suggest to buy 120-240 volts ac usb charger with which you can charge your mp3 player/ipod and power these speakers. You are all set to travel with your music anywhere..hotel..garage...picnic. I enjoy grilling even more !

Even after reading the good reviews, I'm still surprised--these are great little speakers. For the price you can't beat them. I have a 2nd Gen Nano with the earphone jack on the bottom, so the iPod doesn't sit nicely in the dock as pictured, but that's just aesthetics. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
