I was way overdue to make this purchase, and I am very pleased having finally made the investment. My husband and I take many pictures resulting in MANY downloaded onto my computer to deal with. I have had a fear of losing them, and this is a better answer than downloading them all onto discs. It is pretty self explanatory in its set up. Quick and easy to use and transport. I have also downloaded document and music folders to it, temporarily. Eventually, I want to have two more smaller external hard drive specifically for those different folders, because we will need most of the space on our 320 GB for pictures. I highly recommend getting one, especially to those who do photography of any level.

i love this hard drive the people at wallmart didn't think it would work for the playstation 3 because it isn't a real computer.but i bought it anyway and plugged it in to my playstation 3 and it worked.i didn't have to install anything.i use this hard drive to store music photos and movies.while my game data stays on my playstation 3 hard drive.and i used this hard drive to backup my data so i could install YDL on my playstation 3.this is a great hard drive i recommend it to anyone.
